Why do I have to buy the alcohol?

Minnesota law requires businesses that purchase and resell alcohol to hold a permanent liquor license. By using our "Dry-Hire" model, you bypass traditional catering markups (often 400%+) and purchase your inventory at retail cost. We handle literally everything else.

How do I know what to buy?
